IGN has released a video interview with the head of Valve, Gabe Newell talking about the upcoming Orange Box.

Quit crying, it just got better. BioShock will be available on Steam and is ready for pre-purchase today. BioShock will be available August 21st and will most likely be pre-loaded in the days before release.
This means that not only will it be easier to procure BioShock, but also that Steam is picking up steam in the big game retail world.
I for one welcome our dark green PC gaming overlords.

Even better though is that the maker of this long lost game of the past now has all of their games available on Steam. What ancient and forgotten developer is this?

So, according to Advanced Media Network, in an interview with Mark Rein (head honcho at Epic), he confirmed that the PC additions to Gears of War will REMAIN exlcusive, at least for the time being. It was actually Cliffy B. who semi-confirmed that. Is it just me or am I the only one taking this as good news? The guys over at Xbox360fanboy are dismally distressed by this news but you know what? They got the game a year before we did. Its about time we PC gamers got some exclusive love. Look for this game on PC when it launches later this year.
